Realizing what he had, Giuliani invited himself to sit down with a group of diners. Slipping into their booth, he recited several questions. Were they greeted promptly at the table? Was the staff helpful and friendly? Was the order correct and prompt? Would they recommend the restaurant to others? "What do you say?" he asked the patrons. "Whatever you say," one of his tablemates replied. The restaurant was packed with supporters, among them the group at this table, apparently. "You agree with all this?" he asked. They agreed. "Then I can sign it. Good." Guiliani scrawled his signature.<
