how do you know if an armed security guard can fire at another human being until it happens? All the training can take place but until you are there i assume you cannot tell how you will react when it comes to taking another one's life.

I noticed the observer said the gunman fired off three rounds at her before she fired back too.

What's the point of an armed security guard who won't fire?

That's why you need several. You never know who will fire. This was a major dispute coming out of WWII and continued in Korea. The Army worked very hard on getting it's men to actually fire in combat. Many will stand there, frozen. And die.

My life was once threatened and my company hired a pinkerton man to protect me. Well, the mob finally came, and this SOB jumped out that back window and left me all alone. He was armed I wasnt. I barricaded the door and called the cops. They tried to knock it down with a battering ram but cops got there before they could enter. So much for "security men" I'd trade them all for a 45. jdn
