The Shia and Sunni and Kurds got together on that national oil revenue sharing bill, did they? Agreed on leadership? Fulfilled any of our political 'benchmarks' yet? Or... are you simply talking about the process of ethnic cleansing finally having nearly run it's course in most of the ex-Baghdad neighborhoods... and most of the 'enemy ethnic groups' having been killed or run off already from the neighborhoods where they were unwanted?)
