Remember Ted, only a few of those legislators are actually THERE, doing a voting dance for their absent brethren. I'd guess the ACTUAL Texas legislator spends about one third of that 140 days actually legislating every two years, if that - but if you look at their voting record, they're a dutiful bunch!
