another one of your platitudinal generalizations.

It may sound like it, but it's not. In this case I obviously know more about the Constitution. While some early pilgrims may have looked for individualism or anarchy, and even the articles of confederation were straight out of the Libertarian playbook, but the Constitution was clearly written by those who realized that a unified, social approach was necessary to create the most liberty.
