The course of action was put money into federal budget for aids,, we were very slow to do it. education about safe sex we were slow to do it. provide protection , we were slow to do it. to me, that looks otherwise. At the beginning of the aids breakout, the sex of which you speak was homosexual sex. so you talk about WE did not do enough to keep the homosexuals from having sex or keeping them protected to have sex...just why the heck is it OUR responsibility to do that? All they had to do was stop. why not take the position that those programs are also under funded. well, that suits me, but then if every things is not funded equally, then it can be said one or the other is underfunded. My point is that aids had PLENTY of money thrown at it by the taxpayers.
