If democrats were not evil they would put an end to local graft and patronage in our major cities and use the money that is siphoned off to actually help the poor they claim to care about. I was a supporter of the so-called "great society" until I saw how it was used to simply fund greater political power for democrats. Politicians are hypocritical about a lot of things but being hypocritical about helping those who need it and then doing nothing is the ultimate hypocracy.
