>> How many are within a 30% pop without too much risk (risk is always there, for sure, but, say what names are at the pre-feas stage or better, in Mexico, Peru, Chile, Az, Nevada, or similar mining friendly locales? ) that list may not win the single best performers of the year contest, but taken together, your PF would do quite well me thinks. <<

The one I like the best for risk/reward is MMG on Amex. With GTI doing the feasibility study on this very low-cost world class oxide zinc project, just a few years after they put the remote Skorpion oxide zinc project into production at historic lows in zinc prices, I think the execution risk is very low. MMG has incredible infrastructure at their historic mining district in northern Mexico, along with a huge amount of high-grade silver that they're proving up, yet their market cap is lower than what Skorpion was valued at when Anglo bought them out 8 years ago at the end of their feasibility study (when zinc was much lower).

Every geologist who's looked at what MMG has, that I've heard of, thinks they have great projects. Besides the fundamentals, the technicals also look great for MMG (http://siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=24106860 ), so I like the odds from here. It may not go up over 60% in a day like KTN did yesterday, but I think it will help my PF do very well longer term.

Well, like Aloha i might have mentioned <cough> Metalline, but it has done nothing but slide off and stagnate for weeks and weeks now, therefore it is proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that it cannot improve its chart before the end of Time, so that's out, never mind that this major fellow might like the project

Still my second biggest position though, and now the wife's second biggest

agi.to - there is Alamos ... not a nearly-producer, but a nearly-profitable producer -g-

Flash websites - don't like em, was put off by the very one you mention ... promotion is essential to this business, still people could have the manners to hold off on it until after i hold shares, not expectorate prematurely before ... there's a good example of a junior to bottomfish in the dog days of last summer, no doubt there's something else out there right now that will perform the same or better, we just don't know what it is ... big argument in favour of more homework, also in favour of a basket larger than 15, maybe, gives you more chances ... that said, the 61 size [just counted them up] is driving me nuts, lol
