The White House Council on Environmental Quality, or CEQ, made 294 edits to the administration's 2003 strategic plan for its climate change science program. It said the changes were to either emphasize uncertainties or diminish the importance of the human role in global warming.

This is a report hundreds of pages long. 294 edits is nothing. You could easily get than many edits for grammer even after everybody in EPA had their edit. Those scientists are not always good at talking in plain english, so a few more for simplifying their language.

Ah, yes, we can trust the Dems. They're dedicated to truth and justice.

They wouldn't do something like secretly approve waterboarding captured terror leaders, then criticize the administration over it.
