I don't think Rudy is going to wear well with time.... When his people's reasoning for not disclosing to legitimate auditors why his mistress received certain treatment and the cost was then buried in obscure budgets is: SECURITY you know people will get tired of it... During that Meet the Press interview, while he was squirming around, I expected him to suddenlty bolt upright and scream: "look, a terrorist. Remember 9/11!". Got to stay on point.
