"You do know 'states rights' is a code word for racism. So are you saying dems are racists? ok I agree." Gee, I always thought States Rights had to do with a multitude of rights the Constitution left to the States. I think it is the 11th Amendment. These have to do with taxation, land use, regulation of industries, standards, etc. Only you would immediately jump to "racism" as the obvious metaphor for states rights. Most small government republican equate it instead with the infringement of big federal government....but you are one of those big-government republicans, so you wouldnt' see that I guess. Racism first in your mind, always.
