The people!

>I certainly don't want to empower someone who thinks "generosity" means being generous with other people's money. I sure don't like it when the money taken from me was already predetermined by some know-it-all politician to be destined for a "week in Cabo." What, the thought of saving it for my future children never entered that politician's mind?

I'd rather someone else's kids eat right now than think about your children twenty years from now. Your kids are going to be fine. And you know very well that taxes aren't making anyone poor -- they're supposed to be wisely graduated.

You're not "saving it for your future children" Ten.

You're blowing it on an extravagant, foo-foo European skiing trip where you'll have to spend WAY too many of our sorrily devalued dollars just to be loathed by Euros as soon as they find out you're an American. If they find out you voted for Bush twice, they may even string you up.

You've obviously got two problems. You have more money than you can blow on the paltry vacations Intel gives you. You found that you LIKE being loathed by Euros last time you were there.
