Whoever is the Dem candidate will be asked that and will pussyfoot around a "maybe" answer. They don't dare come out against it in a debate with the other side.

In such a case, the Republican candidate should present opinions of Democrats in Congress as evidence of their party's position. Better yet, this whole question should be brought up sooner.
