LLCF, actually, i used to say the same until a friend of mine sent me a link, which i will have to go look for , but essentially, It is more like we are coming to , very fast , a plateau. Lack of growth and depopulation in a lot of countries almost cancels out the fast growing ones. No hard numbers here until i find the link, but i think the dynamics are changing here and we are just caught with the old belief that we are about to double ...

found something, not what i was looking for but fairly recent none the less. Still a lot of growth ahead for all intent and purposes, at least in my life time, but slower growth for sure...
