Nothing wrong with a four-term limit for Congress. Build up enough experience to do their jobs, but keep a natural cut-off point to limit the corruption that comes with long-term incumbency.

I'm divided on the idea - it takes time to get up to speed in a job you've never held, our nation would be led by a bunch of rookies instead of a bunch of geezers.

Rookies at scamming the system for campaign contributions.
