I say let Jack Bauer take care of it like he does now. Either that or Valerie Flame. Better yet, get Hillary to bug her eyes out at them, that should make them talk.

The purpose of waterboarding was to frighten information out of people who thought they were drowning, but it's been debated so much any effective use of it has been destroyed because people now know they won't die.
