If Babies gravitate towards good Samaritans they should gravitate to Republicans more than Democrats, on the average Republicans contribute more to charity.

Democrats might support more taxes and spending for social programs but that isn't being a good samaritan.

If Bob helps John he might be a good Samaritan.

If Bob takes Mary's money to give to John that isn't acting as a good Samaritan.

In any case that study doesn't exactly seem to solidly show anything useful.
