I'd be more concerned about that if they were looking for financing in the next couple of months, didn't have a project worthy of mostly debt financing, didn't have likely takeover bidders waiting for feasibility study news, and already had their silver drilled out and mine plan information out. There are lots of things happening in coming months, including a likely rebound in the price of zinc and the junior mining sector overall. I think the stock will move much higher before financing.
