This whole thing about water boarding is inane. Perhaps we could ease all this bickering about what torture "is" just by passing a simple bill that says, if we do it to our own troops then we can do the same to a POW. SERE schools routinely waterboard SF and Air Crews. These guys all know (hope?<g>) that they aren't going to die in the course. If you want to see if the WB is still effective just take a look at the last graduating class at SERE. Most of the grads are in tears......
