I think he should do time for murder. They were stealing stuff, things, yet he took their lives. A Texas jury may well find otherwise. Jury nullification doesn't just work for OJ.

But TX law allows for a person to protect their personal property when its being stolen. An attorney on one news program contends that that law also applies to the possessions of one's neighbors as well as your own.
