No, its a serious move to make the US secular and drive any public display of religion out.

You yourself are mad at "evangelicals" because you don't want to hear Christmas songs. Never mind that its non-evangelical businesses putting up the displays and playing the music that bothers you - because they want to cater to people who observe Christmas. Nobody is forcing you to accept Christianity or celebrate Christmas. So its not a matter of your freedom being violated. Its simply the sight and sound of Christmas itself being observed by others that offends you.

Actually that attitude shows the mentality I'm talking about does exist.
