Right, beware of sneaky BK. This looks like a complete panic
by the Feds, they are panicking over something big and bad.
The banking system must be in a very serious trouble. They
have to monetarize trillions, which they will do, maybe just
not right now. Gradually. -g- I have glanced through the
September BIS (Central bank of Central banks) report, and it
was the most bearish thing I ever read, and I read a lot of
bearish stuff. They know stuff. This looks much worse than
S&L crisis, and that dropped the DOW significantly -g-
I don't know if global Weimarization is the answer, the CBs
are well aware of the consequences too. So far their liquidity
effort appears to be pushing oil up in spite of poor seasonals,
which is bearish for stocks. They can't alter the outcome,
which is DOW = 1 gold Oz at da bottom, but the markets will
fluctuate. Sometimes the DOW will rush down, at other time
gold will sprint up.
