Hi Gustave,

Right ON.

I received another post that indicated many hedge funds have bought the paper(bonds)on a leveraged basis and used the bonds at a bank as collateral for more purchases.

Very much like a margin account at a broker.I do not know what the down percentages are?

Could be very high leverage.
