Why, justice I believe. Rape should not be allowed to go unpunished.

That's the problem --- there HAS BEEN NO 'law enforcement' in this case.

(After KKR allegedly destroyed the evidence collected in the rape kit, and allegedly imprisoned the girl... so that she had to have her father call her Congressman to call the State Department to get her released from being locked inside a container by KKR guards... the State Department conducted an investigation. The turned all of it's evidence over to the US Justice Department --- which, to date, has taken NO ACTION. Thus, the girl was forced to file civil charges....)

Question supposedly 'hanging-up' the criminal prosecution by the US Government is whether or not US Contractors in Iraq are EXEMPT from all law (US or Iraqi), or not.

If not... then WHAT LAWS apply?
