Seems like most of the people on this NYT blog think it's OK to kill your neighbors burglars.

I don't agree. Also, the guy told the 911 operator he was going to KILL the burglars, so, it even seems premeditated.

Which is a surprise. I knew that if someone comes in your home you can nail them. Didn't know about neighbors...

As far as Chris goes, that was in Austin. It is a little different there.
