I see, if your lips say something I should blindly accept it. No need to be concerned about facts or logic, just follow Ted's lips... Tim, I have given you an entire Congressional hearing devoted to the subject which concluded that Reagan was encouraging Saddam's aggressive behaviors. In addition, when it looked like Iran might win the war, Reagan sent ships to embargo their ports. He also imposed economic sanctions on Iran. There is this cute photo op of ole Rummie shaking Saddam's hand after the two met in the early 1980s. Only a jackass or a dyed in the wool partisan would come to any other conclusion. So read my lips...........I know under which category you fall.
