Brazil also benefits from the greenhouse effect. Americans roar around in SUVs and 747s producing CO2 which spreads out to Brazil and is gobbled up by the luxuriant growth.

With CO2 up to 380 ppm, Brazil's plants are feasting and gorging, growing like crazy with their rich supply of sun, warmth, nutrients and water.

I used to sell LPG to glass-house agriculturalists to warm the plants and provide them with more CO2. Brazil doesn't need that expense. The CO2 arrives via the trade winds, enabling even more valuable trade winding its way around the world.
