It is not necessary to make it a crime to defeat Democrats. Voters will continue to elect Democrats as they did in 06.

Rove stole both elections by denying mainly black voters their votes getting counted, or being able to vote to begin with, in key states and precincts in Florida and Ohio. That is a proven fact. Despite the Gonzalez-Rove justice department trying to drum up fake cases aganst DeEmocrats for "vote fraud" they were unable to find a single case. Meanwhile they themselves stole millions of key votes, and were also guilty of Push-Polls, illegal voter roll scrubbing and a lot more. Which doesn't even get into their very suspicious ties to Diebold and other auto vote machines for which the GOP insisted there be no paper trails for.
