Your hero Guiliani just got nailed with yet another corruption scandal, this one illegally banking 30 million in "bonuses" from a plot to illegally spy on American citizens. He was in on it with Dick Cheney, another huge criminal. Rudy's other clients include companies with links to Chavez, The Mob and Kim Jong Ill.
