Yes, I agree with that also. I am so agreeable today.

To cite one example, Putin was recently talking about GW. His basic thesis was "bring it on! Russia is too cold to begin with."

Moscow has been *incredibly* warm the last few years, but GW promises to turn it into a reasonably habitable place. Last May they were sipping wine in the sun in Red Square, rather than plowing through snowdrifts.

So Russia is a winner. Same with Canada (if you aren't an Eskimo).

So there will be winners and losers. But the disruption will be huge, as losers flock to the winners. The resulting demographic shifts will be planetary.
