that isn't fair as it changes daily sometimes by 10% in days. Its far more volatile than gold so measuring it in the fashion you are doing is always going to be useless. All I know is it has tracked gold almost exactly and I am up almost 300% on my purchases from 2002-3 If you want to track it day by day or week by week fine but I own it because it is as good as money, just as gold is....NOT copper or zinc or tin or lead. I can spend silver anywhere as I can with gold. Nobody takes base metals.
