It's just such an attractive idea! Anyone with enough education knows that each molecule of water (H20) contains 2 atoms of hydrogen and 1 atom of oxygen - fuel AND oxidizer locked into the SAME magic molecule! It should just burn when lit! We should be able to put a match to the ocean and burn down the earth. Damn that pesky second law of thermodynamics!

I noticed that some of these water cars are in places like India. It seems to me that places like India and China are ripe to experience every scam ever run in the western world!
