At least the fence is black, but I'm with you.........tacky. And yep.......these folks are going to get an earful if they don't control their dogs. We have covenants too. They started barking when we went out in the back yard today and we quietly told them to shush. We didn't know it, but he lady was there with them........we can't see a thing from here as we're surrounded by landscaping that gives us privacy........and she told them to shush too. They did! We're eventually going to go over and meet them and meet the dogs so they know they don't have to be afraid or on guard every time we walk outside. They're new to the neighborhood and are skittish right now. I think they are probably pretty good dogs.
