Use the West End House Kids Cafe form--or simply write 'Kids Cafe matching donation' on the original form--any preference? I've got both forms in front of me and will send my $200 on Monday, congrats! Bulbaman: Could you tell me my final loss--I'm guessing that my portfolio declined something on the order of 30% but I deleted it over the summer in disgust, ha!
