Happy to report that Raleigh NC had 1.17 inches of rain from the Cold Front. That should buy you folks another week of water. Maybe more late next week? Hope

Ron, I think you will have a pretty good chance of getting more rain on Sunday as the current Western Cold Front marches across the country. The GOM should be wide open for a Northerly moisture feed so another inch or two is possible.Due to the low Sun angle this time of year keeps evaporation to a minimum so even 2 inches of rain could buy you folks a few more weeks of relief. I am doing my rain dance for you. :)

Another .90 inches of rain fell over you yesterday. Over 2 inches
for this month! Not bad and more on the way tomorrow! Even better!
