Have had the same experience in Blue..........our '73 vw bug. Mother nature can be awesome. You must have had enough kids in the van to keep it half way steady. If it had been just your mom it might have been blown right off the road.

We passed an overturned semi near the summit when we went up skiing Friday. There was also a little red pick up truck smashed to smithereens up hill about 1/4 mile. Cops and DOT everywhere. It was still there, laying on its side when we came back down 3 hours later. They had a huge tow truck there............I guess that is how they right these big rigs when they go down on their sides? I wonder if anyone has ever gone over the side of the cliff up there on the pass?
