I had a look at that thanks jfred. There don't seem to be many people making lots of money from "flipping" houses in California now. It seems that politicians are lined up to rob savers and lenders and already they have done some sort of ARM-freeze although things have barely got going. I am sure Big Ben will be true to his word and helicopter all the money that's fit to print as required to avoid deflationary cascading implosion dragging everything inside the financial relativity theory event horizon.
