We paid the bill under Clinton. We will pay the bill under another Clinton. Though I'd rather pay it under Obama or Edwards.

>>WE CAN CHANGE IT and WE DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING!<<

then change it.

my thesis is that you are wrong precisely because most folks are just like you.

you want trillion dollar "services," even if based on false premises, yet you don't want to have to pay for them.

you want to get, but you don't want to give to support what you get.

millions of people who vote think *exactly* as you do so the game has become to bring in more wealth into their community than they give out. in order to do this as much as possible, the government officials, WHO WERE ELECTED BY THE PEOPLE, have robbed the wealth of future generations to appease folks just like you - who have their own trillion dollar pet services but have no desire to pay for the service they value so much.

this enables them to bring in extra wealth into their district to maximize their chance of getting elected. they do it for one reason - it motivates the electorate to support them.

folks like who, who don't live in reality, will continue to believe they can get all their trillion dollar services without paying for them and that the electorate will vote against their very nature.

at the end of the day, though, nothing will change in spite of your claims that it can change.

enjoy your fantasy land, though. the rest of us will move ahead and deal with reality.
