And you don't think there is a pragmatic and logical reason why health care evolved the way it did in most industrialized countries?

So, there are no examples of a market based health care system "without a lot of role for the government", yet you and your buddies go around telling everybody with absolute finality that the largest economy in the world should adopt such a model.
