I already saw right through the argument that you and JF tried to make: Message 24137758; The quotes were obviously there to indicate that I didn't agree that it was "zero cost". You actually believe otherwise???

I guess you thought it was pretty clever if you are falling back on it now. It wasn't. "Now you are on the record claiming that money from government spending tends to have a "higher velocity" than money from tax cuts." Well, I admit that my argument was over-simplistic. It would depend on who gets the bulk of the dollars of the tax cut. The more likely the recipient is to spend said dollars, the higher the velocity. That is, again, simple economics. " but when you start pretending to know more about economics than I do, be prepared to take what you can dish out." Well, if you post in such a way that indicates ignorance of an issue, be prepared to be labeled as such.
