Read the MSDS form that is obligated to be packed with the chemical: Material Safety Data Sheet: dmso.com DMSO in and of itself is not terribly dangerous to most people in small quantities.............but it goes directly into the blood stream and takes everything with it........it is a great solvent and detergent.............want a detergent going directly into your blood stream? It's dangerous because it brings everything through your skin and into your blood stream. I consider that dangerous.
