Rubbersoul, I wonder where the discrepancy comes from--I cut and pasted from the form 40f filed 3/30/07, gives the date for the same 860k options as Nov 23. May need to call the company to clarify--maybe they were extended? the link did not work, what filing/date did you find it in? From the annual report: At December 31, 2006, the following stock options were outstanding and exercisable, except for 40,000, which will vest on May 1, 2007.
