Ampexfan, you have been saying negative things about M-CAM for many months now. And virtually every one of your Ampex posts is about this subject. Member 9117794 Why the unrelenting focus on M-CAM? What do you know about David Martin's work, other than what you've gleaned from the Internet? Have you ever spoken with him? Will you now shift your focus to Don Davis and Commercial Strategy LLC, referred to Ampex by Dr. Martin? Do you understand the relationship between Don Davis and Dr. Martin? Have you spoken with Don Davis? Do you own any shares in Ampex?

Ampexfan, with such an endearing handle, I would like to follow your point. Are you accusing MCAM of fraud in their services contract with Ampex when you wrote this in #4412: <<In this instance it proved to be a totally useless excercise.>> I thought their services were not exclusive of their software use. I wholly understand your point about when ValueVest came on the Board, so did MCAM's services. You say Management was forced to use MCAM and so couldn't shop around, but I feel they have a fiduciary duty (thanks, Hugh) to shop around. I was angry at the awful conflict of interest with Mr. Goldstein on the Board. Now, he's gone and soon so will MCAM be. However, I heard that MCAM suggested Commercial Strategy. What do you know about the relationship between Dr. Martin of MCAM and Commercial Strategy? Do you feel there is dubiousness in Commercial Strategy since they were reportedly suggested by MCAM? Please share and let us become better Ampex fans.
