zues, I'd respond in detail, but since you didn't understand what I wrote initially, it would be a waste of time. I'll give you the Cliff notes. I gave Clinton more credit for his budget performance than either Bush, but noted the OBVIOUS problems with government accounting and pointed out the economic and demographic tailwind Clinton had that made his performance look better than it actually was. In other words, I didn't criticize him like a right winger (I gave him credit) and I didn't adore him like a left winger (I pointed out why things weren't as good as they looked). I told the truth! Of course the always truth is to the right of a delusional left winger.
