Hey rrufff,

First to be fair, I reposted what Purl Gurl had posted, so it was her due dilligence that dug up these gems. I think the key point (which has now been pretty well fixated in my brain) is that a management team/company that can't take care of little things like this, is probably not going to be competent enough to run a company. And I think they've pretty much proven that to us! Food for thought.

Does anyone know when their next "bank loan" is due? I'm just curious if they haven't tripped up on some covenants that may allow the bank(s) to call in their loans, thus forcing HSOA to shut the doors? Then again, the ironic part about the fact that HSOA had cashless earnings all these quarters is that I guess there's nothing really that the banks can get from HSOA! :-) It's going to be tough to turn all that goodwill into $$$! :-) So one of the major items that has hampered HSOA (cashless earnings) may be saving them from going under! :-)
