I agree to some extent. But who's to say that if hsoa do ever get that FIGA claim, that the banks don't just call in the loan(s) at that time, since they won't be sure (given all the other shennanigans) that they will have an opportunity to get their money back at another time. So in another ironic twist, what everyone was thinking was going to really save this company (FIGA payment) may end up being the catalyst for the banks to call the loans and bankrupt hsoa! :-) Pretty compelling storyline...:-)
