Well I don't buy copper or zinc.

As to homes - they are still going up. Wages up. Job growth is still very strong. In short our economy is still roaring with notices in the windows of a lot of stores and inflation is everywhere. Butter is twice what it was a couple of years ago. Propane to heat at an all time high. Real estate taxes up and up a lot. Insurance up - especially business insurance. The local utility had an increase warning in the paper last week. You can't tell me that things arn't going up - they are!

As to commodities - copper or zinc. What about oil, gold, wheat, oats, sugar and now even lumber is climbing back up. You are looking for the exception and making a case for something that is just not in my world.......yet.
