I remember a while ago, we were talking about parts of the country that were a buy on weakness. What do you think about Tempe, AZ since you live near there?

BTW, I drove past Victorville, CA this weekend. No wonder why it's long on the list for REO's.

it looks like the forecast is for slowing cash out refis, but according to freddie, there's still a ways to go, even in comparison to their own history. unless I"m reading this wrong.
