Yep, Thompson, McCain, and Giuliani (in that order) have suffered the largest (percentage-wise) declines in support measured by the polls.

While Huckabee, Romney, and Paul (in order) have seen the largest increases in public support.

(Rudy moving to third in Florida - his 'must win' State, just underlines the recent changes....)

Note: the 'public' being polled in these measurements are the 'likely Republican primary voters' (not the IND + DEM + GOP that would represent the general public).

A different measure of 'support', (other then expressions of support made to pollsters), is actual campaign contributions of HARD CASH where - on the 'rising poll numbers side' - Mitt would have to be ranked a much weaker performer (in that it's mostly only his OWN CASH LOANS that are keeping his campaign propped-up, the public has largely kept their checkbooks closed for him, he actually SPENT MORE this latest quarter then he RAISED from the public)... and Huckabee's late surge in the polling is too recent for us to yet know if the public has opened their wallets to him and turned his notoriously pauperous campaign around or not.

On the measure of campaign contributions, Paul may well lead the entire GOP field for cash-on-hand now. He has been extremely tight-fisted (an indication of how fiscally responsible a leader he would be?) with his campaign spending, while ALSO raising over $18 million in this latest quarter thus far... which may well put his spendable cash well ahead of all the others.

(Unless Romney wants to cut his campaign some more big checks, of course! It's likely that with his personal wealth he could outspend most of the field if he wanted to. :-)
