Here is a similar product: globalsolar.com They have spec sheets and are at 9.7% for the one I looked at. The problem with CIGS is moisture infiltration. They are not at all tolerent to moisture compared to every other option. It is also arguable that the indium and gallium supply infrastructure can support a mass market. The PV community has been debating this issue for decades and since CIGS has been a niche product for decades, there has been no resolution of the issue.
